Our PizzAlex mobile app was created to meet consumer expectations and their "click & collect" habits.

This app allows our customers to place their order online.

Our handcrafted pizzas are reserved for the customer through this application and scheduled for collection at the time chosen by the customer.

Benefits:

-Favorite pizza can be reserved in advance

-Payment can be made in advance via Paypal

-No way is in vain if your favorite pizza is sold out because it is reserved for the customer

-Day can be scheduled more freely

-Reservations can be made from anywhere using a smartphone or tablet

-Reservations can be made for the pizza vending machines in Temmels and Nennig

How it works :

-Open the app and log in

-Select pickup location

-Choose the type of pizza you want from our menu

-Choose whether the pizza should be served cold or hot

-Confirmation of pickup location, you have 8 hours after payment to pick up your order

-Payment is via Pay Pal

-Pick up the pizza using the confirmation code received

-At the vending machine, contactless via your app or via the touchscreen, confirm the preparation of your pizza

Important to know:

-Pizzas not collected will not be refunded

-Pizzas can be picked up from the pizza machine up to 60 minutes after the agreed appointment

-In the event of technical problems, the amount paid will not be refunded either. For this to happen, contact us via the app
